Not being familiar at all with the insides of a car engine, I was pleasantly surprised when I dropped by Autoworx in Brighton (now in Cheltenham) four years ago. I was welcomed by a friendly guy called Pan (the owner) and was astonished by the ease at which I could discuss my car issues without the usual internal feeling of ignorance stemming from previous mechanics in a male dominated industry. Can't recommend Pan and Autoworx highly enough - great to deal with, excellent knowledge and problem-solving skills (much more intuitive than dealership service centres), reliable, fair-pricing and most-importantly......Honest. Across our family, Autoworx take care of Japanese, American and European cars - all with the same level of expertise and professionalism. And no, servicing by a someone other than your car's manufacturer doesn't affect your car’s warranty. It's well worth the (small) deviation from Nepean Hwy!

Pan and the team always go above and beyond, I just had 4 new tyres fitted to my Fiat 500, on Pan's recommendation, the car now rides sooooo smoothly and grips in the wet again lol Pan also helped us with our 2022 A45 AMG Sports, it needed tyres that gripped better than the factory Pirelli's that it came out with, he recommended some Michelin Pilot Sports, again, nailed it, car drives smoother, handles better and gives us a lot more confidence in the rain, they also detailed both cars before returning them.
