I have a very low threshold for and am very alert to any greedy or exploitive businesses. We all expect car dealerships to be full of tricks, surprise costs and tricks. I was amazed to find none of this in my dealing with Victory/ Autoworld. They were FANTASTIC! I simply texted and emailed back and forth with a couple of the sales reps and they found my dream car; exactly what I was looking for and offered me a price lower than I was expecting. Horrible company horrible customer service they refuse to do any work under warranty trying to deny coverage so they can charge me thousands of dollars for a simple repair
Great service always there to help. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Bottomless money pit, this place. Call other places for a price check before you bother with these parasites. I called the Santa Rosa dealership and they quoted me at significantly less than the Petaluma dealership for a transmission service, parts and service both. Autoworld Petaluma is NOT the place to go for service.
The absolut best, the BEST! We have purchased 14 cars from Autoworld. I now live in Vancouver, Wa. But plan my visits to Calif. around my needs for service and tires, etc.
