Very poor staff very rude gave 600 dollars of mine away to someone else didn't even spell my name right on the title
If I could give a -5 star review I would. Salesman do whatever to get you approved, then sell, or pull the vehicle you got approved out from you. And the service department is horrible. Get ready for making payments on a car that stays in their shop. Had to do it more than 4 months already.
It’s the worst car Lot that you can try to get a car at. I don’t recommend getting a car with them. They dropped the ball with my kids. My son did a trade-in with his truck and then a month later they wanna call and say that the bank that they finance through wanted more money and they Needed to sign a new contract But yet they Sold my son‘s truck in auction And now they’re telling my son that they’re having problems getting his truck back. They lie about everything the GM is the worst
Just wanna give a big shout out to my salesman Cameron at auto world Chevrolet and GMC in mineral Wells. Awesome person helpful I appreciate it so much he went above beyond and everything he could to get me in a ride and you got me in a nice sweet ride in a very reasonable price thank you so much!
Took my 2021 GMC Acadia to AutoWorld in Mineral Wells in February of 2025, it is now October and the prblem is still unresolved. Fuel rail imbalance bank - check engine light, still under warranty. Fuel system clean, multi-point inspections, etc., etc. They would give it back to me only to have the come back a day or two later. They would dodge my calls so I had to set my phone to not provide any caller ID just to get them to pick up the phone.
