Just wanna give a big shout out to my salesman Cameron at auto world Chevrolet and GMC in mineral Wells. Awesome person helpful I appreciate it so much he went above beyond and everything he could to get me in a ride and you got me in a nice sweet ride in a very reasonable price thank you so much!
Took my 2021 GMC Acadia to AutoWorld in Mineral Wells in February of 2025, it is now October and the prblem is still unresolved. Fuel rail imbalance bank - check engine light, still under warranty. Fuel system clean, multi-point inspections, etc., etc. They would give it back to me only to have the come back a day or two later. They would dodge my calls so I had to set my phone to not provide any caller ID just to get them to pick up the phone. the mechanics cannot put a car on a lift for an oil change without breaking the line to my motor and lie about doing it. Unfair work where did y’all get certified? Dollar generals got better folks than this. Don’t recommend anything being worked on in mineral wells Texas auto world. Honest isn’t something they are big on. And they have smoked in my car before as well an it’s not okay. But okay :)
Cameron Spurlock definitely did NOT disappoint my family & I! We are extremely grateful for this amazing purchase & how it fits our little family perfectly! He made sure to go above & beyond to satisfy us & our needs & we also didn’t have to wait forever to get approved! Super thankful!
Cameron is a super sweet salesman. However I cannot recommend this dealership or the other personnel there to anyone. They have an awful attitude. They do not keep their word. They do not give you all the information that you need. They do not have a big selection of vehicles to choose from and they say that they will pull vehicles from other lots for you to look at but this is not true.
