The communication was not good at all . They had a schedule board up in the office that showed each car's time frame for work, that impressed me. The way my car was revived back to its original state prior to damage was super! 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality I was a little confused and disappointed when I saw that it had a front grill of the next model Camry without knowing in advance or given a choice of if I wanted it or not, but I guess it’s ok because I’m not keeping it, but if I was I wouldn’t be 100% happy with that because that’s not what goes on my car and it was put on there without telling me and I don’t like the silver strip because my car was all one color.
