Our JEEP Cherokee experienced a multisystem electrical failure as we were driving through Kittery on our way home to Connecticut. We called Triple A. They recommended we have car towed to AutoWorks (in Kittery). The staff and technicians are great. They were very accommodating and began diagnostic testing to determine the problem. We rested in their waiting area and offered us with liquid refreshment while we waited, keeping us informed on their progress.
