Great shop in the greater Portsmouth area. I was in and out of my oil change in 30 minutes. My BMW has some intermittent issues that the technician (Nate) looked into and gave me the rundown of what would need to be done should the issues persist. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable with anything from a “boring” domestic to my “temperamental” BMW.
Been going to Autoworks for years. The best people work there and they are amazing!
My first visit to Autoworks was for a state inspection. When the inspection was done, I was surprised to find Autoworks was able to provide me with a complete report of upcoming maintenance needs and estimated cost. I wasn't expecting that and with no extra cost. I'm sure I will be back as needed.
My experience here wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t great either. I came in for a state inspection and was told I needed new wiper blades to pass due to “streaking.” While I agreed to replace them, I hadn’t noticed any streaking myself—especially during recent rain—and they were only replaced last year. I was also advised that my brake fluid and power steering fluid were “dirty” and needed flushing.
