Fabulous service. They don't try to upsell you in things you don't need. Repair tool longer than expected, but they didn't charge me for extra labor. Very fair. Highly recommend.
I think this shop is great! Their work speaks volumes, the techs are clearly very knowledgable and very expedient. Pat and Noah's communication and professionalism are greatly appreciated. Trustworthy and efficient imo, thanks for the great experience.
I made an appointment for a state inspection for 8 am. Since I hadn't heard anything by almost noon, I called. I was told it would be first in line after lunch. When I called at 2, I was told it would be next in line. Didn't get a call that it was ready until after 3 pm! When I picked it up, the service manager was apologetic and gave me the inspection for free, as well as a free oil change next time I come in for one. Still not sure I'll go back.
