A night of photography in the snow turned into a nightmare when my car impersonated a steam train in downtown Portsmouth... I smelled the sweat scent of coolant and knew I had a very short time to find a place to park for a tow. I popped a heater hose from the block. Used there services because I believe in staying local if possible. 1st visit good. 2nd visit, I'll drive somewhere else for the remainder of my life. If you think something as easy as a tire rotation doesn't require asking the price first, you're in-store for a big surprise. Everything they charged me for was above the national average to include dealerships.
This is the 3rd and final update (downgrade) to this review. I initially upgraded a prior review based on the responsiveness of Autoworks management and good faith in addressing a customer service and diagnostic issue. However, subsequent repairs and findings have been completely unsatisfactory. My car was serviced for brake/rotor/caliper replacement on both axles, in addition to battery and A/C troubleshooting.
