Brought 2010 pick up in for SPARK PLUGS(8) $483.00 I Said "for spark plugs?" Wow. Way high. Should have done it myself!! Next time you bet I will. I am still in shock!! Other work last vist was perfect no complaints. But This Was WHAT??? 200+ for plugs alone! could have got my own for 30.00 oem.
I don’t understand why I was charged $180 to tell me my car needed a new engine. I think you overcharged me. As comparison, I had the car towed to Gateway in Eliot and he looked at the car ran the codes told me the same thing and didn’t charge me anything. Where do you think I will be going for my service in the future?
As always, great service on my aging VW and ancient Silverado. They handle it all, and are thorough without trying to pressure you into doing something you don’t need to do. Excellent communication while the job is in progress. I especially appreciate dealing with Noah at the main desk, as he’s efficient, has got a sense of humor, and is clear and even tempered.
