5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service I was very happy with autoworks shop but I was a little disappointed that safeco said there would be no charge for a rental and I still ended up paying for insurance and the gas. Maybe I misunderstood but if I would have known it would be 89$ for the rental I would have made do without it. Otherwise it was all good. Thanks!
