star We had a 1995 Olds 88 that we had taken to the dealer a numbe of times. $1400 later still same problem. Drove the car over to Autoworks and they found the problem the first time. The car has been running fine since. Don, I read one review that sounded pretty terrible. It's hard to believe, is there any rebuttal?

NO COMMITMENT TO SERVCE My wife and I sent our son to Auto Works for a tune up on her van, based on the reviews that the place was fair and did good work. He went on Saturday 7-17 and was told to come back the following Saturday since the Hot Rod car show had closed them down. Thursday night they called and said they could not do it Saturday but to bring it in at 10 AM on FRIDAY, 7-23. Kid shows up at 10 and they tell him we are busy, bring it back Monday. They would not budge even though the Kid had made all the arrangement... read more

Paid for Miss Diagnosis Took Car in for oil leak and Battery Light on. I had to point them in the direction of oil leak, they changed computer for battery light only to come on after a few miles, then had to change alternator.( Just throwing parts at it?) Charged me for an oil change that wasn't done until notified by me.(They did change after I brought it back but should it have to come to that?) Also car still has oil leak. It will be the last and only $1300.00 they will get from me. Will not recommend to anyone else.

Great Shop Don Kelley owns Autoworks and is a good man. His prices are fair, and he is honest. Don's shop is well run, and I have been bringing my car and truck there for the last 6 years. Each time repairs have been needed, he has done an excellent job. He is also a performance shop, and a restoration shop. His guys are skilled and they have just been the best to deal with. I would recommend Autoworks to anyone.
