I took my 2015 4Runner Trail Premium to AutoWorks after dealing with a persistent brake squeal. Their mechanic performed a brake check and told me everything was fine and "within normal tolerance." The squealing never went away. Fast forward: I recently took my 4Runner to Big O Tires for an alignment, and they immediately discovered a missing brake assembly bolt that AutoWorks had completely missed.
