Over the years we bought our three cars from this outstanding dealership - AutoWits. Our buying experience was "no pressure". We got the cars we wanted not like other dealers that pushed and pushed their cars on us. Financing at AutoWits was simple. From running our credit to financing, it was all done quickly and simply on the stores tablet. No paperwork! My father was sold a 2019 Audi Q7 and since he has had it, its not only been in the dealership shop for 24 days out of the 2 months of owning it, but the vehicle is falling apart. Needs engine mounts, both exhaust systems are failing, speedometer problems, Audi pre sense is faulty and will randomly stop the vehicle. I am appalled by the situation that occurred recently. A family member went to this place looking to to upgrade is vehicle, and seemed like the process was successful. He was able to get a reasonable deal, and like all dealerships you must sign paperwork to take the car of the lot officially. Not even 14 days go by and Autowits demands the car back because they claim the deal they had with the credit union didn't go through. I am left stunned after my visit to Autowits. In my 54 years on this planet, I do not believe I have been treated so terribly by another business. My story begins when I brought my car into Autowits to have the timing belt and water pump replaced in August 2019. They did the work for a competitive price. Please note that any business does not have to complete work if they do not agree with the price, this becomes important later on. Ms. ****** wanted the service department to warranty a part/repair that was no longer under warranty. She is using her emotions and personal feelings and life circumstances for empathy to get free repair work done. Ms. ****** was not happy and we have exercised our right to not do business with her going forward. I understand her frustration, however warranty periods have time and mileage limits for a reason and can't be exceptioned.
