Sold me a broken car and then took it back for repairs. When the car came back it caught fire. I could’ve literally died. I’m going to file a case against them in small claims court because they still haven’t responded to me asking because I’m asking them for a refund. Please for your sanity, stay away from these people. They people keep drinking and our lazy. This guy Martin kept my car for a month. Didnt fix it and charged me 200 dollars adn asked to pay through Zelle since he knew im going to call my card company. Was also rude when I asked him about an update on my car. To the least these are thugs. Its not a big amount but I’m going to send them a letter from consumer bureau. These people shouldnt be in business. What a waste of time and mental sanity. FOR EVERYONE, please stay away
Not a good experience buying my VW Passat. The salesman is a big liar and sold me a car with oil leaks and tubo lags. Moreover the check engine light is on after the inspection is done. Not recommended to buy a used one from them. The big boss sitting there is stubborn. Please don't buy from them. Not recommended at all
These people are in the habit of selling lemons. I was sold a vehicle with the impression that it was in near perfect shape. The vehicle won't even pass inspection, so I'm having to put over $500 into it so it will. The salesman fast talked everything so I had to ask what he meant. Overall horrible experience.
