I love these QuickSnap sprinklers and have had a pair in use for a year. Rough handling broke a quick-connect fitting (my fault), and when I inquired about replacement parts at AutoWater **** **** answered quickly and succinctly. He requested a picture of the affected component and within hours had a replacement part on the way to *********************** and service. Highly recommended products and company!

Dean thanks for your quick reply to my message and I appreciated the phone conversation. I installed seven (7) in-ground rotating sprinkler heads in 2010. I believe the heads were **** **** products, but I'm not certain. I always purge the heads, with a bicycle pump, before winter for freeze protection. I may have relocated a couple of them over the years due to landscape revisions, but the process is quick and easy. I remember seeing your ******* video and my reaction to your products were "why didn't I think of that"!!! Tw... read more

Hi Dean; I wish i still had the receipts for the original Quick Snaps but it had to be at least 9 or 10 years ago because I've replaced the timers a couple times since then. I didn't just run a garden hose to it once I got it into position I buried the hose using my Mantis tiller and the edger blade. The hose is only down about 3 inches and is 50 feet long. I thought the hose would rot by now or I'd kill it with my lawn tractor or aerator. That worked so well I put another one in with a 25 foot hose. Now that was about 10 ye... read more

Best sprinkler system I have. I will recommend it to everyone. Easy to install. Straight forward directions. Connect the hose and get green beautiful grass.
