The bay never work.
The new touch screen system is ridiculous. I've been going here for years, but will avoid in the future. The new system is slow and difficult to navigate. There is lag time between screens which ultimately ends up costing time on the clock. The touch screen kept skipping to the next selection on its own when a little bit of water got on it (from rain, not wash). It was difficult and time consuming to get back to the previous selection. When it works it works well! Lately tho, it seems like When we go, there is something wrong with the drive through. I think you need better people running it!!!!
I don’t know why I keep my subscription for this place. There are two issues that just never seem to go away. 1. The Wash/Dry: I always do the Superior Plus and that’s a “$22 Value” that never actually fully cleans the car. I come out of the wash with the rear end of the car dirty. It’s never actually cleaned off. Both bays (when both are functional) do the exact same. The dry also doesn’t dry much at all. So that’s a waste of time and money. 2.
