It took me 25 minutes to try and figure out the app and I left. Now I'm sure they're tracking me somewhere on my phone. Never again

First time here, possibly the last. Purchased the $18.00 wash, and very dissatisfied. I took pics to show how bad. Literally streaks of dirt coming down the back and tailgate. Windshield looks untouched. Just BAD all around. If Autowash wants me to share the pics let me know. Would like my money back! Per your response, I will contact your team. And being a bit snarky as to the time I used to create a review is not needed.

You have to download and app to vacuum and then it didn’t even work. Don’t come here.

Yet another Autowash location with frequent broken equipment. Waiting behind 5 cars to get a "quick" wash. I'm canceling my membership. They raise prices, but can't seem to keep equipment functioning. Doesn't matter if it's their newest location or this older one. REPLY: I am sure you don't like downtime either-but as a consumer who just had my monthly charge increased by 12.5%, there is just no value in keeping the service.
