Updated to clarify the free membership misunderstanding: I have tried 2 locations and did not like either of them. For starters, I just moved to town and received a coupon in the mail for a $25 credit. I applied the coupon in the app to pay for the first month of my membership, but apparently even though I applied it, I didn’t click the “redeem” button, so I ended up paying full price. Great car wash
Terribly overpriced and the dryer didn’t work properly. My car left the touchless wash soaking wet. The following week, I signed up for a Cobblestone car wash membership.
I should have read the reviews… I tried to use the manual car wash and the timer started going but nothing would come out of any of the sprayers! I hit stop and it charged me 2$. I called customer service and they were nice and after being on the phone for 12 minutes they submitted a request for my refund that will take 5-7 business days. Waste of my time, won’t be going back
Alot of spice and pizzaz on the app. The actual touchless wash is excellent but I've gone twice and the dryer doesn't either work correctly or it just is lame. Kind of pricey as well. If I had a Ferrari I would take it here, but for my Crown Vic it's just a little to steep a cost for a good wash with no dryer. 24hrs open is a bonus though. Hopefully they will accept Bitcoin one day and accept as payment, that and a good dryer and I would add some more stars.
