Since this location has opened you can guarantee 1 of the 3 automatic washes are closed! The 3 rd one farthest right has been broken for 10 months now. I went to get wash today and Surprise! 2 of 3 automatic washes are out of action. This is why I cancelled yearly subscription after 1 year.
One kiosk was closed, but there is no sign so I had to back out. Service is also very expensive for an automated car wash.
Most of the bays always seem out of order, and the app rarely works for me. Spending 15min just trying to figure out how to start a wash and pay is not worth the effort.
Unfortunately, this is NOT the spot to stop for an automatic car wash. We paid $18 and the car wash did not clean the back of the truck and the blow dryer appeared to go around the vehicle but it did not dry it at all. We told the worker and he said “thanks for telling me I’ll check that out” but did not offer compensation or any other option. We won’t be back to this car wash.
Complete scam. For a premium price the most expensive auto wash leaves the car dirty. The vacuum is not included and requires a horrendous app filled with subscription ads to pay to use. NO PRICING IS TRANSPARENT. When we used the self wash, it took our credit card and we did not find out until the end (only 15 minutes later) that we had spent nearly as much as the most expensive auto wash for a rushed self wash.
