Honest & fair! My wife's car had an oil leak a few months ago. Shawn first diagnosed it as an $800+ oil gasket repair. I approved the work. When I picked up the car the next day, the bill was less than $300. As it turned out, when they started the repair, they found that the actual repair was much less serious. I'm sure there are some places that would have charged me the higher amount, since I'd already approved & expected the $800 repair.
