Chris Harman and his employees are kind, fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I have purchased new and used cars in several cities throughout the USA, and my recent experience with Autoville has been far and away the best.
I called for over a month for a truck they had listed for sale and kept getting the run around from Chris (who is owner and only person that can sell a car-according to him). I kept having to call back in for updates and he would say, "oh we're fixing this and that" and then he would say it was ready and then ironically, he would say something else was wrong.
