I had my new car rust proofed there and I questioned some of the coverage. The owner of the shop looked the car over with me explained product and procedure and all that had been done. He had done the car himself and showed me what I was missing and explained what I hadn't understood He added more to some places. I found him to be very conscientious and polite, genuinely doing the best job possible.
