I called them in the morning to make sure the car is on the lot when I come see it in the afternoon, and they were like the car is the lot. When I arrived, they said the car was at the other dealership so I had to wait like an hour for them to drive the car to this dealership. Would have drove to the other dealership myself if they told me if the car was at the other dealership ealier. Also, beware there is a $695 dealer fee and $1,395 "reconditioning fee". Bad business, they show one price online and then another when you get there and then have the audacity to try and justify overcharging for a vehicle with 66k miles like it's a brand new car.
very suspicious, first, I made an appointment the car looked very good in the photo when you see it is something else, even stockings I found in the car photos, bottles of milk for babies ... uff and this does not end ..... you sit down and without speaking they will raise you $ 7,000 .. what ???? yessss they supposedly charge you for the reconditioning of the vehicle $ 7,000 yes as I am writing it. There are a lot of hidden charges in this shop. Don’t believe their advertised prices. If you really intend to buy a car from them, please add $5000 to $6000 to the advertised price, which will be the pre-tax price. But when you consult the price on the phone, they will not tell you that these additional charges exist. It was a waste of me driving an hour and 45 miles and I was disappointed.
