This is going to be a long review. We hadnt been to Autotrust in many years but went back recently to have our brakes and rotors done. Autotrust informed us we needed calipers as well. The very next day, we were driving 75 mph down I-41. Our van was vibrating badly. As we reached Milwaukee, there were two loud bangs that shook our van. We are sorry you had to have this awful experience happen to your family. Unfortunately parts fail and people are not perfect. The wheels were torqued to specs but corrosion on the backside of the rim was missed, and it did not allow it to seat properly to the hub assembly. RecommendedWe have been going to AutoTrust for many many years. They have worked on at least 8 different vehicles over those years. Rich and Lisa have always been extremely fair with parts cost and labor cost. Work has been top notch on every occasion. AutoTrust gets the call whenever we need work done.
