We were visiting relatives in Arnold and we needed a new tire. It was Sunday and Firestone had one guy working and said I would be #20-something in line. Autotire was friendly and an hour later we were on our way and saved money.

What's the point of an 8 o'clock appt. when I get there at 8 & am told they can't get me in for half an hour!!?!!?!?!?!?! Really????? Bad business. 1st impression very important & you blew yours.... Will never recommend your place.
Called yesterday and was able to get an appt for today for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. Turns out that I also needed new brake pads as well as the alignment. Got me right in and was out in 2 hours. Great bunch of guys here. Very, very happy. Thank you!! :D

The worst. I complained after a bad experience in March and got a coupon for a free oil change. I schedule the change, get told it'll be done by 5. I get there to drop off the vehicle and my appointment (for Saturday) isn't in the computer and they tell me I won't get it back until Monday. 2 days for an oil change?!?! I'm going somewhere else and selling my free oil change to someone.
