Cassie helped me setup and appointment for safety and inspection as I was running out of time.Her customer service was excellent. Very friendly and professional.
I went online and selected 2 new front tires for my daughter’s car. Then after selecting the tires I scheduled for them to be installed. I received an email confirming the appointment. Today my daughter arrived at the store 10 minutes before the appointment. The employee that helped her told her that they in fact do not have the tires and that they will have to order them. Use to be a really good place switch to some call center. And they dont have a clue on anything so your just jumping through more hoops now.
They got me in quickly for a battery replacement.
