They fixed both cars for inspection. Mark take great car of my cars and gives me good advice as needed.
First time customer and we were very pleased with our new tires and their service. A few days after installation, tire light was flashing and we were able to take the car in right away to get our sensors fixed. We will be back!
$90 for an oil change after coupon, are you serious? This place is full of cheapskates, buyer beware. Never coming back.
The entire staff at the Old Orchard Center are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Especially Cary Schuman and Phil Daniels.
We called and made an appointment to get a flat tire patched. The person he spoke with specifically said he could drop the car off anytime before 7 pm. My husband arrived at around 6:10 pm and the door was locked when he got there, even though the open sign in the window was still lit. He knocked on the door and an employee informed him that they were closed. We took our business to Firestone instead and received much better customer service, so we’ll probably continue going there in the future.
