NO STARS FORCED TO LEAVE ONE STAR> HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH THEM AND NO HELP WITH FINANCIAL COMPANY THEY RECOMMENDED. THE LOAN LADY ADDED MY DOWN PAYMENT TO TOTAL COST DID NOT CORRECT> THE DEALERSHIP PROMISED TO LOOK AT MY CAR FIX ISSUES I EXPERIENCED A WEEK FROM PURCHASE THEN DISAPPEARED AND HUNG UP ON ME BLOCKED ME AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. I purchased a vehicle from Autotex Financials autotexfinancial.com and they sold me this vehicle withholding information about faults on the vehicle (I live in another state), and they also accepted funds to have a key&FOB made for me and when I received the vehicle the vehicle the key would not open the drivers door, and the key was an old key and nothing (no door controls) on the drivers door panel worked. I called this lot to confirm a car they have.I told them I have **** for a certain vehicle. They told me to come in. They showed me a similar car with plenty issues and problems. I asked to return the car the very next day. Instead I didn't get my calls answered and they charged me more than they said and now would not return my cashier check. After arguing with someone I've didn't do the contract with,they sent me to another lot of theirs wich wasn't brought up until day 5. They put me in another vehicle similar to the one ... read more
