This was my first visit to Autotechnic. My 1999 C230 was failing to idle properly on startup, and my coolant light was staying on. When Patrick the co-owner mentioned the initial needed repairs, I was onboard with them, but when he came back twice with additional things I became suspicious. However when I came to pick up my vehicle, I was shown all the parts that were replaced. John the other co-owner patiently pointed out the defects in each part replace. Honest assessment. Timely repairs. Great customer service.
Had my Mercedes in for a new rear differential and an engine reseal and couldn’t be happier. The car drives great and everything was explained clearly. John and Patrick were awesome — super knowledgeable and easy to work with, and the turnaround time was fast. I also get my oil changes done here and the service is always solid. Hard to find a shop you can really trust, especially with a Mercedes, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend.
These guys (Patrick and John) are awesome, they take care of our Hybrid Mini COOPER.
