Autotech Collision & Service is the best in Wichita I have been a customer for 6 years. These guys are professional, honest and extremely knowledgable. Their combined experience makes them reputable and dependable on both the mechanical and body work sides. One month and a week went by, no calls! Not a good experience! I got hit during our local snow storm back in the beginning of Feb... My insurance company suggested Auto Tech, so I thought okay. I called them the day after the wreck and they said they would send out a tow truck that day.. The day went by and no tow truck. I called them and told them that they didn't have my car. HORRIBLE. Read my story! I took my car here after i slid into a curb on the ice. They assessed the damage, quoted me, and gave me a pick up date. Not only were they a good 2 or 3 days later than what they told me...they were rude with me when I stressed to them how I needed my car asap. They told me they would install my new tires and wheels for free...ended up charging me! They told me I need 2 major parts to fix the damage...told me the price and that they had to order them. Collision, repair, service, maintenance Autotech does it all. I had a vehicle my wife had wrecked sent here and I have only good things to say about it. They also installed a new head unit for the car since they are not just limited to body work. The car was there for only three weeks (two of those weeks were spent waiting on parts from Volkswagon) and I was allowed to view the car during the finishing process. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to wait for over a month on the big time body shops.
