Their website is down for being able to manage plans (at least for me). I have contacted them a few times concerning this with near zero help. And the website continues to be down. If a customer cannot access their account to make needed changes (e.g., change payment info, change vehicle tags, add or remove vehicles, etc) then what good is the site? If this is not resolved ASAP (before my next monthly charge) then they will lose a customer who will actively not recommend this location to others.
