Terrible experience. Made an appointment the week prior with my vehicle, they had the vin registration and knew I had called for an oil change specifically. I was told I was scheduled at 9 AM. When I showed up at 9 AM I was presented with $1300 of preventative maintenance bill/plan that they did not talk to me about over the phone when I schedule my oil change. I decided to opt out and only go for the oil change. 2 1/2 hours later, I still do not have a car with an oil change. How can this be?
Went in for a free multi point inspection, got charged with a $225 labor fee. Also, after getting a second opinion, one of the parts autostar told me needed replace, is in good condition and doesn’t need replaced. Glad I paid for a diagnostic so they could quote me wrong parts
