Giving these five stars to Thomas Moore who went above and beyond. I had a check engine light come on and went to O’reillys where they do a free diagnostic test for check engine lights. Based on these results, Thomas was able to tell me that my issue was most likely related to my thermocontrol valve, which is a warranty item. I told him my concerns about driving my car 1.5 hours from BV and not wanting to get stuck in silverthorne if it takes multiple day to repair, so he ordered the replacement part in advance and even rese... read more
