Straight forward and honest business, the staff were very helpful, courteous, professional and patient!! Great communication and answered all of my questions & concerns.This is a nonprofitdealership. There was nothing hidden in the negotiation, so I appreciated that. They can also do the paperwork at DMV for you for some extra bucks. Car was just as described.
Customer service here is great. The process of buying a car from here is fast. The people are nice I bought a car and everything was good. There was no check engine light when I bought the car. After putting 30 miles on the car I bought, the check engine light came on. I purchased the car for $1700, but I guess you get what you pay for. I suggest bringing a mechanic and an OBD scanner to check out the vehicle before buying it. I went with my best friend to purchase a new car, and from the moment we started the paperwork, it turned into a complete nightmare. The staff member helping us was extremely unprofessional. At one point she said things like, “I’m so tired,” “I’m angry,” and “our system doesn’t work.” As a customer, hearing that from someone trying to sell you a car is very off-putting and does not build any confidence. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. This is my 5th car. I cannot believe how rude the manager, Catherine, was. On the day of purchase, their system was down and because of this I was charged an additional $80 as I had to use my credit card. “Purchase too large to be made when system is offline” is what the machine would respond every time I tried to pay with my debit card. Got a good deal, they were basically professional and reasonable. Considering the price, the car is in great shape, in any case they have different cars in different condition etc. Things could go wrong suddenly, but the car is at least not an obvious lemon, ~6 weeks out. Four stars because they were a *bit* uncooperative about me getting an external pre-purchase inspection, they didn't refuse but I had to pay for the whole car ahead of time, and sign an agreement that they would keep a few hundred should I try to return it.
