Great job by the Service Team!
I initially had a challenging experience with my Jeep service at AutoStar of Silverthorne, but I want to update my review to reflect how well they handled it afterward. The COO and the head service manager personally reached out to me and made everything right, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks to their efforts, I'm happy to say I'm updating this to a five-star review. It's great to see a business that truly stands behind their service.
DO NOT go here. The good reviews of this place are for this place are from when it under the different ownership of "Groove" and not "Autostar." I didn't have a good experience with getting my Jeep serviced. The attention to detail and even blatant things were not there. This was going to be a 3-4 star review because I understand being short-staffed and overworked, but to have my car for 2 months, and not take the time to service/repair the vehicle correctly, is unacceptable. If there were zero stars that would be my rating. I was told a number of things were wrong with my Jeep, some of which I just had done at an independent shop. I took the Jeep back to the independent shop and they couldn’t verify any of the discrepancies that Autostar listed, the estimate was somewhere north of $10,000 at Autostar. I felt like I needed to steal my Jeep back from them, the communication with Thomas was the worst that I had ever seen.
