I would like to give a huge thanks to the service department, specifically John Saunders (Service Advisor) and Tech 378. I own a 2024 Jeep Wrangler and while on vacation staying in Maggie Valley, I went wheeling at Windrock on 30 June 2026. Upon arriving back at the cabin I caught a wiff of a burning fluid like smell near the rear of the Jeep. Unbelievably slow service department. Waited 3+ hours. Poor communication.
I would not recommend buying from this group. The service center is good, but the sales management team will use misleading statements to get their way. Do not believe what the internet team promises you. I was promised a deal to only be told they made a mistake and now the price is $X. I only completed the sale because I love the vehicle I bought. But I will never buy from them again.
