Being over 1000 miles from home I am always hesitant about getting work done on my vehicle. They did a perfect job for me. Quick, respectful and honest, didn't try to upsell unneeded work and gave detailed assessment of what was needed and not needed. They have earned my trust and if I am ever back in the area they will be the dealership I will go to.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. We were told 2 different stories, either was a lie. We were told on Saturday via phone call that the Jeep we wound up driving 2 hours to see was available. We tried to get in touch with them on Sunday just to see if we could even drive and see it on the lot... crickets... no response whatsoever. Even to the number they texted us from. Hello all, my great grandmother has been going to this place since 2015 and has continued to be scammed and bluntly lied to about many different things (forgive me this is a long story) we’ve recently had our brakes replaced with new tires put on our 2015 dodge Journey after 2-3 days getting new brakes the service ABS light and traction control light on the dashboard appeared so thinking nothing was horribly wrong we took it to O’Riley’s and Waynesville tire where we originally got our brakes done so they could use a scanner... read more
