Brian Sullivan (service writer) alone makes this shop my go to for everything. Professional, friendly, punctual and above all he is in tune with the customer.
Went there to get my chevy Spark advertised on their site and it was just as the pictures appeared. Took it for a test drive and it ran great. Had it checked out by another mechanic and it was good to go. I was highly impressed with the quality of this used vehicle, as it really looks brand new, inside and out. I was also impressed with the facility as it is a used car dealer but they are also chevy certified, so, their vehicles are far from what you would think of at a used car lot. Dealership is great, service center sucks. It took 2 hours to look at a tire. And charged me when nothing was done. Waste of my time. Next day I had a family member go to get some work done, and the warranty didn’t cover the work, which go figures most warranty jobs are declined, and they wanted to charge almost triple what any other shop would’ve charged for the same repair with OEM parts.
