Oh boy, drove 3 hours one way to look at a vehicle we were told was in great shape. The owner was not even present when we got there even though we had let him know we would be there at a scheduled time that he agreed to, we went inside and waited for ten or so minutes but nobody showed up, we ended up having to ask an employee who was power washing a car to let the owner know we were there. I recently purchased a 2009 Ford F-150 from Autospot. The price was great as it was well below market value and I was even able to negotiate a little lower with their sales rep Randy. However, this led to my discovery of terrible customer service as Dave who manages Autospot apparently was not happy about the price drop approved by Randy.
