0 Star : My Experience Plain and simple, the repair took too long; however, the work you did does look great. From what I gathered there was a scheduling issue or something with the paint department. I just would have appreciated a realistic timeline (initially I was told the work would take about a week and it ended up taking 3 weeks). Good job on the repair but I think most customers would appreciate a realistic timeline from the get-go or at very least better, proactive communication from your team throughout the process.
