2021: I just purchased a used car from Baseball Bob and he was excellent! He made the paperwork fast and easy because I have a crazy schedule to contend with. Service Sucks
great place to shop for a car with great staff the experience is easy and fast the service department is also great no complains
Took my car here a year ago for some repairs and service work. Had a great experience. Made an appointment for this Friday and requested a loaner car ahead of time. Took off work just to be able to make the appointment 2 hours away from work as my schedule offers no free time. Get a call today after waiting all day just to let me know if that the loaner car was never prepared. Don’t know what happened with the service department within this last year. Terrible dealership! Absolutely terrible!!! Rude staff and the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. I do not recommend doing business with them!!
