I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Motion Chevrolet. I was charged a full programming fee for a repair that ultimately didn’t work, along with several other charges that felt questionable given the outcome. I've been looking at a Chevy Trax for over a year. I've always been leary about dealing w car salesmen, such fast talkers! Anyway, yesterday I went to Motion and the experience was a very good one from start to finish. The salesman, Vito, took the time to explain everything & was very patient when explaining all the electronics! I'm sure I'll be back for more explaining though! The entire staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Motion Chevrolet for your next car purchase!
Worst service center I’ve ever experienced!!! Both service agents are rude and condescending!!! The manager Matt is definitely the worst mannered individual I’ve ever dealt with. He must be family to ownership as he is not a manager and posses no management skills at all. They are also the most expensive dealership in the area. 2021: I just purchased a used car from Baseball Bob and he was excellent! He made the paperwork fast and easy because I have a crazy schedule to contend with.
