Took my car here a year ago for some repairs and service work. Had a great experience. Made an appointment for this Friday and requested a loaner car ahead of time. Took off work just to be able to make the appointment 2 hours away from work as my schedule offers no free time. Get a call today after waiting all day just to let me know if that the loaner car was never prepared. Don’t know what happened with the service department within this last year. I have a terrible experience with this dealership. I do not recommend it to anyone. I have worked with many dealerships, but we have never had a case like this. I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! Jay, my salesman, was friendly and patient, listening to all my requests and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The manager was equally welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate my needs, which I really appreciated.
