After having Issues (with a egr product ) I posted a review The G.M personally contacted me immediately and we are in the process of getting it sorted other than the supplier issue I have found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating and the linex has been bullet proof I look forward to resolving the issue and continuing business in the future.
Auto spec Penrith were amazing to deal with from the sales team to the installation team. I had a tray and tool box set up put on. Outstanding job and product highly recommend.
I am still waiting on an order from these guys so can't rate the quality of their products, but customer service/communication is by far one of the worst I have come across from any company I've dealt with. I ordered a canopy and was told it was a six week lead time, I've now been waiting over 6 months, my follow up emails get no traction and when I call the 1800 number is rings out.
