Bumper to Bumper in Chilton WI, terrible warranty service. Had an alternator go bad that was obtained from there by my local mechanic. Mechanic sent it back to them for warranty. They said they sent it back to verify that it was bad. After 2 months they still didn't have an answer. I called their warehouse and was told they had no claim from them.
Excellent service , clean place , friendly group of people , will suggest to anyone needing service or repair, thanks for being the kind of business that takes the extra step!

I stopped in today looking for assistance installing a trailer hitch that I had purchased at O'Reillys. Bumper to Bumper turned me away stating they don't install O'Reilly's parts. I understand it is a competing store. But I am a single mom raising two teenage boys on $9 an hour and almost, but never quite 40 hours a week. This hitch is an extravagance that I saved up for.
