Terrible installation practices. They installed woofers that rubbed against the back seat of my truck and the speakers were ruined. I was told that the warranty was up and there was nothing they could do. They are the ones that ordered the custom parts to do the job. I trusted them to do the work properly not force something into my vehicle to get paid 5k
I had a great experience with these folks. The new deck is amazing, and the install was quick and looks perfect. I will definitely recommend this place, and we'll be bringing the other car here when it comes time to upgrade that system, too.
yes i like auto sound lab for these reasons ..ive had them put my car alarm in and been couple years ago .its a clifford....good one ....what i like they are so nice they give you a ride home while your car is getting worked on....pick you up when its done ...yes i even put them on angie's list
Great to do business with. The prices are reasonable, they are curteous and helpful, and the installation was A+. They took the time when I picked up my car to go over the features of the stereo and get everything working together. I called the next day because I could not find the owners books and they were accidently left in the shop. They even brought them to my office the same day I called. Very happy customer!
We purchased are alarm from Auto Sound Lab back in 2012. 6 years later we had a warning alarm that sounded of every few minutes. Took it back to Auto Sound Lab, they adjusted the sensitivity of the setting under the dash, at no charge, and we were back on the road. Thank you Auto Sound Lab!! Super happy we purchased our alarm from your business.
They were AWESOME!!!! Autosoundlab put a Paging Remote Start in my Diesel Ford It Starts & Alarms amazing.( Love that I can Start My Truck With My Iphone) I'm VERY happy. Not only that but customer service was great. I also put a JL audio amp in my truck & a JL 10'' with a custom box under my seat.Best Installation Thanks Autosoundlab for a great JOB!!!
wow. Great selections and knowledgeable staff. I've had work done elsewhere in the past and so kinda know when the 'sales people' don't know their stuff. They did the work on time and it's fabulous.
