Poor costumer services. Especially Sean and Val. Sean was rude on the phone. It has been 2 weeks since I asked them to cancel my gap insurance and now they won't even answer my calls or provide any updates. When I called the gap insurance, they have not cancelled my policy.
Don't get me wrong the truck we bought is a nice truck. But the deal was very uncomfortable to make. Alot of sign here's and you have to have this to purchase the vehicle. With many unanswered questions and undisclosed info. Made sure to move right past the truck was GM buy back vehicle. Sold me an extended warranty plan that I just had to have or alley wouldn't approve the loan.
