Don't get me wrong the truck we bought is a nice truck. But the deal was very uncomfortable to make. Alot of sign here's and you have to have this to purchase the vehicle. With many unanswered questions and undisclosed info. Made sure to move right past the truck was GM buy back vehicle. Sold me an extended warranty plan that I just had to have or alley wouldn't approve the loan. Within the first year of purchase of a 2010 impala (68k miles) that their mechanic had assured was in perfect condition: -Power Steering Return line was leaking when I got the car ($400) -Motor mount was also broken when I got the car ($100) -3 wheel hubs within 8 months ($900) -Tie rod ends ($250) -Transmission Blew ($4000) -Rack and Pinion ($750) -AC Compressor (yet to fix) -Sway Bar was broken when I got the car ($450) -more repairs I've done myself While I understand issues can arise, multiple mechanics have stated that ... read more
Bill and Charlie made the process of buying another car quick and easy!! Literally in and out as soon as I picked the car that was perfect fit for my family. Also with my last vehicle, the service team is amazing!! Very helpful and they make your vehicle a priority on getting fixed! I would definitely recommend checking them out on a purchase of a new vehicle!
