Took my mirror caps in for a wrap and never got them back its been almost a year, till to this date i dont have my mirror caps. I got robbed pretty much

I spent time to go there, I did not immediately find the place because there is one name on the place and another on the website. I was greeted by a bearded woman with little understanding of the matter. but she promised to make dechrome and wrap on my car. there was no one else there during the day and I left my email and phone number so that they would contact me about the price and time frame. It's been over a month and i haven't heard from them. Even if they call me, I won't trust them with my new car.
