After my car wash today, I noticed a scratch on the inside of my rear passenger side window. When I called to tell them about the damage, I was asked to bring the car in. After waiting 10 minutes for the manager to actually talk to me, I showed him the scratch and he immediately got defensive and told me they didn’t do it. I have used ANOTHER local carwash for years, however after the incredible service I received today I'll be a regular. While I wash my Jeep every few weeks, it hasn't been this clean since it came off the lot.
I pass about 3 car washes that are closer to where I live. Totally worth it! They do a phenomenal job!
