I needed to get a new car for work and had negative equity in my old car. I went up to see John Scannell who recommended I wait a few months to get the negative equity down and come back instead of trying to push a car on me. When I returned this week, he was so accommodating and had me in and out with a new car in two days on my lunch hour!! He is so wonderful and just "gets it".
