After 3 months of ownership, the truck i had purchased now has expired registration and when called on it a week before the registration expired, ***** had told me that there was an error in the paperwork, and my plates will ship and be in within **** business days. This ************* sure knows how to sell a car and lie to get the sale. We went in looking for a 4X4 truck and ended up making the purchase. We asked him about the return requirements if we were not happy and he told us it could be returned but there would be a $750.00 restocking charge if it was brought back the next day. I bought my 4th vehicle from Auto Sense and as I drove home I wondered how many other people are as lucky as me to do it so conveniently and quick. I feel guilty for going to another dealer close by before going to Auto Sense, but in my due diligence I couldn’t find another used Ford F-150 Crew in better condition, even for more money. So I went back and Ryan and Dave took care of me again. Thanks fellas.
One of the guys were very rude. Did not want to even help me. I felt racially profiled; little did he know I was more than ready to purchase this vehicle that I had been scoping for awhile.
