This is my second email. I have not heard back from your company. I came back to you because I had power loss while I was driving. I have never had an issue with my battery or starting this car. The night I pick it up, the car will not start. I had to get a jump. I called in, they said back in 2023 it was notated about my battery. What? 2023? I haven’t had a battery issue. Until now.
