Wanted to purchase 2021 Kia Soul, the saleslady was not helpful, (Judy) & neither was the manager(Reese), very disappointed with the service
I had service don at Nelson Kia for recalls. I kept calling the local dealership where I live and could never get a call back. I arrived a little early but the car was taken back. Waited and everyone was so nice and pleasant. Service department lady explained about the recalls and told me what they were gonna do. I also got a free car wash.
