My initial purchase was great! Jackson & Sally were so great and I LOVE my car. Unfortunately trying to get ahold of customer service to schedule maintenance through my warranty has been an absolute nightmare. I call customer service, they ask which location I purchased from and then say someone will call me back before the end of the day. This has gone on since the end of September and my car is still not fixed or scheduled to be fixed.
Purchasing went OK. But trying to get a hold of anyone in the customer service department for after sales support is very difficult.
