My friend saw something she liked and changed her mind and they took her $300 from her and did not return it. They pressure you and make you feel guilty or some kind of way. It’s not okay, her money needs to be returned to her. I wouldn’t ever shop here or recommend them. I guess the only way to make money, is being unethical.

Bought a car 2 months ago, told Gus and Bill the sounds and issues it had. They fixed it and insisted I come back to get it since they paid for repairs. 1) it’s not my responsibility to fix a car you tried to sell me with issues NOT DISCLOSED 2) they didn’t pay the repairs, I did they put it into my monthly payment. Gus upsold the premium warranty for us to get insisting it covered any and all issues.
