Customer service should reevaluated at this company. Very unprofessional and rude. I have bought many vehicles from salesmen, but this one takes the cake. Hangs up in your face. Please take this advice with extreme caution.
This company is very unprofessional. The owner is very rude and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
Do not pay their bills and money that is owed.
Bought a car knowing it was reconstructed. Was told all it needed was a bumper. Nope. Was put on frame straightener and tore all the hook areas and braces. And bent the subframe where x frame connects. Also does not check his own paper work. Went to get it switched over and he used old paperwork and it got rejected. Called. And said come back and would fix it. No problem with exception of no apologies for mistake or anything. Very poor customer service.
I paid $600 for work that never got done & owner was Very unprofessional & refuses to reimburse me and/or complete the work I paid for. Never go there!! Under New management, place should have stayed closed!! Thanks a lot Joe West!! #crooks
