I recently assisted my mom in purchasing a car from this dealership. Before making the drive from Scottsbluff to Chadron, I called the dealership multiple times to inquire about various vehicles. Every person I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and willingly addressed all my questions. They went above and beyond by assisting in getting the purchased car to Gering, where my mom lives. The girl that answers the phone at this used car lot is very rude my boyfriend and I called about a chevy venture van they had on their website and she was very short and rude and didn't give us a chance to speak told us it was sold and then hung up on us would not recommend this car lot if you want good friendly customer service experience and enviroment
