My brother a senior, ******************, was victim of bait and switch with Autos of TX and asked me to help him with filing a claim. He was basically shown a truck online and promised the truck looked and had all of the amenities as stated. My brother even told the salesperson he would not complete the purchase if anything was different than what he was told. Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Communication was not good, and I had an employee literally steal $500 from me and the dealership will do nothing about it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!
They are great at harassing phone calls. High pressure sales. I get 4 or more calls a day for shopping online and asking a few questions about a car. She even will tell you in her message that she won't quit. In my opinion this is a great way to run off future business. I **** sure know they'll never get a dine of my money if this is the way they are going to beat up future customers.
I purchased a 2016 ****** limited online from them on 5/10/2022 and per the the carfax report the mileage was rolled back. The online listed did not fully disclose the damage to this car,all four of the alloy wheels were damaged, two of them so severe the car was unsafe to drive.They are very dishonest, I am filing a criminal complaint and taking legal action against them!!!!
I bought a vehicle from Autos of Texas, February of 2020. I purchased a car warranty for 4 years/55k miles and GAP. I had many issues not even 3 days after getting the car. Within 8 months I was told the car would need a new engine as there was sludge in the engine. I serviced the vehicle and kept up with maintenance on top of fixing parts since day 1 of purchase.
