Automax Volkswagen performed standard oil change but failed to replace the oil. When contacted service department was told to bring back in. Mind you it had only traces on the dip-stick. We paid $96.00 for and oil change that wasn’t completed. I had to spend an additional $35.00 for 3 quarts of oil just to bring it back. Polite and friendly, but only until the sale is completed. Rude, dismissive, and ineffective once they have your money. They took 30 days to pay off my trade in, state regulation gives them 15 days. They still haven't managed to get my registration and told me they can take up to 90 days, state regulation gives them 20 working days. Filed complaint with DMV. I would drive 100 miles and pay more elsewhere to avoid ever doing business with this company again.

Stacey was very kind and persistent, but in a good humorous way. He was also very assertive and informative, and made things very easy. I didn't leave with any unanswered questions, and the finance guy bobby was super nice ! thank-you Volkswagen at Automax ! Will return, and WILL recommend to all my piers.

For the manufacturers, Please improve on providing defect free trucks to dealerships. I was proud of buying my first used F150 2013VIN: *****************, but the new one I recently purchased F150 2017 XLT VIN: ***************** was defective. This completely ruined my whole purchasing experience of counting on a reliable vehicle. Now no matter what comes to mind, friends and people at work tell me I should have bought something else instead of a 'Fixed Or Repaired Daily' vehicle. There was a lack of responsiveness or willingness to follow up let alone provide service. Johnny in sales was extremely rude, finance behaved in a manor which made you feel you were a waste of their time. I saw 3 Hispanic women treated with disrespect when speaking with one, she was declined even with a 600+ rating, a down payment and Co signer... this place has horendous service at best along with discrimination tactics

To Whom It May Concern, On 25 Oct 2016 the VW diesel buy back was approved, I completed my application for by back on 2 Nov 2016. On 3 Nov 2016 I received an e-mail from VW notifying me they were reviewing my application. On 4 Nov 2016 I received an e-mail from VW stating they accepted my claim and were processing it and I would receive contact from VW by 15 Dec 2016, further that I was not to place more than 70,000 miles on my Jetta, which at the time of my application had 64,000 miles on it.
