I would give six stars if I could. Got pretty bad multi-panel scratches at a parking lot. The estimates I got from other body shops were usually 5k to 10k for 3+ weeks. While Carlos only charged half and fixed my car like new in a week! They are magicians. I would recommend this shop to all my friends if they also got their cars scratched.
Nightmare experience. I dropped my car off for dent repair, fix to a crack in the spoiler, and a full repaint. A few dents got fixed, but more of them weren't. The spoiler crack was "fixed", but you can still see visible damage. The work itself was estimated to take three weeks; I didn't get my car back until a full two months after I dropped it off, and the only reason I got it back that quickly is because I spent two weeks telling him that I needed to have the car back before my wife gave birth. Carlos and his team did a great job fixing a dent and painting the tailgate on my Toyota Tacoma. Great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Carlos and staff were great. Another reviewer said they exceeded expectations and I agree! I had to submit a supplemental insurance claim and Carlos handled it. Provided an estimate and followed up with my insurance. As an afterthought, I also had my rims redone and they look AMAZING! This shop did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
